About Me

My interest in Advertising and Design coupled with my fascination with the World Wide Web inspired me to pursue a career within the Internet arena. 

I acquired my interest in Advertising and Design as a student. What intrigued me most was the way in which a brand could influence the purchase of a product or service by the use of clever design, messaging and a straight-forward call to action.

In 1992 while serving overseas in the military, I gained access to MilNet, a sub-set of the ArpaNet.  Access provided me with the ability to chat - in real time - with military colleagues half-a-world away.  This ability prompted my interest and fascination with the Internet, and later the World Wide Web.

My career encompasses over a decade of progressive growth, responsibility and leadership in areas of Internet business management, web strategy and execution.

Since 1997, specific focus has been in building teams, leading projects and delivering results in areas spanning Internet infrastructure, web content delivery, e-Commerce, tactical / strategic Internet marketing, interactive  product marketing, business operations as well as strategic business development.
